DESCRIPTION:Slidewayz at the Zoo is back! This will be our 13th show of our 2025 Season at Kalamazoo Speedway and AutoMODIFIED is excited to be hosting it.\nFor this event it will be our 3rd AutoCross/Drift Day at the Kalamazoo Speedway. If you’ve attended a past AutoCross for us you know it’s a bunch of fun. We lay out 350 cones on track and the object is to maneuver through them without hitting them. Get your times down\, see who’s fastest! This will take up the first half of our event. 2-5:30. The cost for only AutoCross is $40. Drifting will take place 5:30-9pm. Cost to Drift is $40. Want to attend both it is $80 for the day.\nCost:Drivers fee• $40 AutoCross onlyDrivers fee• $40 Drift onlyDriver fee• $80 (includes one person pit crew entry)\nSpectator fee• $5\nChildren 12 & Under• Free\nPit Pass• $20 (ride alongs may be available with a helmet and seat belts/harnesses\, so come prepared) ONLY one passenger per car.\nMedia pass• $20 (get front row/infield footage\, hi-vis jacket\, must message ahead of time)\nPre-Register PayPal: @AutoMODIFIED (Friends & Family Section.) You may pay at the Door as well.\nGates open at noonTech Inspection at 1pmTrack is live at 2pmDay ends at 9pm\nThe layout will be announced midway through the week prior.\nThe event is tailored to both experienced & inexperienced drivers. We have something for everyone. In addition to our two driving lanes\, we have added a tandem lane as well. Want to skip the line? Feel free to drive in the Tandem Lane. The entire infield is paved and serves as the only open skid pad in Mid Michigan.\nThis Track is great for Beginners and for Seasoned Drivers.\nTrack Rules:•Must have a helmet•Fire Extinguisher required in car w/easy access•Harness/Seat Belt Required•Convertibles must have Roll Bars•Cars must not be actively leaking fluids•Nothing loose in car\, including tools\, trash\, or any other loose articles.•No Alcohol is allowed in the pit section.•No passing in Tandem Drifting\nConcessions will be available onsiteThe upper pit section will be the main pit area\, if it fills up we have the lower pit section to open up as well.\nKalamazoo Speedway is not responsible for hauling or transporting any broken vehicles so plan ahead if driving in.\nLet’s have a great time out there\, and enjoy our time on the track!
